Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the movement and storage of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, compliance with procedures, and smooth coordination between departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, coordinating with warehouse for proper storage condition.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular logistics reports and updates to management.
• Support procurement and administrative functions when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supplier chain operation or a similar role.
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Logistic, Supplier Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate coordination among various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
• Knowledge in Pronto ERP system.
• Familiar with logistics software and tracking system to monitor shipment and manage inventory.
