The Role

Ignite your career as a Project Officer! Drive property development triumphs from concept to completion, expertly managing resources, ensuring rigorous compliance, and cultivating powerful stakeholder collaborations for seamless, on-budget delivery.

Main duties include:

• Assist in the preliminary analysis and feasibility studies for proposed property investment projects.
• Help define project scope and manage approved property projects from initiation to handover.
• Establish project delivery frameworks and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and standards.
• Manage and monitor project delivery according to scope, budget, time, and quality.
• Provide regular project reporting to management and manage all project documentation.
• Act as a key liaison between the organization and all project stakeholders and resources.

Qualification and Experience:

• Relevant qualification in Project Management from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in the delivery, administration, and management of property projects.
• Preferable solid background knowledge and qualification in Building Technology, Architecture, or Property Management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
• Preferably or at minimum, certification in PMP or PRINCE2 project delivery framework or equivalent.
• Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office tools and experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.
