Purchasing Officer
Global Constructions Ltd has a reputable history of over 30 years in the Civil Construction industry in Papua New Guinea.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Purchasing Officer
Major responsibilities include:
- Daily administration of company’s Purchasing activities.
- Perform Purchasing/Ordering Functions.
- Chasing quotes on Constructions Products and workshop Parts.
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Provides routine office support.
Competencies and requirements:
- Minimum of Year 12 HS Certificate.
- Relevant Training or certification in Purchasing administration.
- 5 years previous working experience in a similar role.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Must be Port Moresby based.
- Good working habits
- Current Driver license is required.
