Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. This is a pivotal role where you will drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategies to expand market share in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

-Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

-Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Proven track record in automotive sales management.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Valid driver’s license.
