As a vital member of our Security Operations department, you'll be instrumental in transforming security into a revenue-generating powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage security personnel, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to protocols.
• Oversee security logistics, including equipment usage and vehicle fleet management.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Foster strategic partnerships with security stakeholders to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor internal and external security environments, conducting investigations as needed.
• Establish and maintain a robust security information database for effective communication.
• Manage access control for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily inspections to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in security management, or equivalent military experience.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations in the local setting.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft applications.
• Strong leadership abilities and proven management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.
• High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.
