Position Overview:
As a Digital Banking Product SME is responsible for leading all functional discussions, solutionise the requirements, recommend industry best practices and explain the value proposition of our product range in the domain of Digital Banking Products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and the CIO to address daily operational challenges and propose practical solutions aligned with ICT infrastructure.

Platform Configuration and Optimisation:
  • Configure and optimise Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Digital Banking platforms to meet bank requirements while suggesting efficient business processes.
Strategic Expertise and Decision-Making:
  • Serve as an SME during UAT and CAB meetings, leveraging deep knowledge of Digital Banking best practices to drive strategic initiatives and optimize systems.
Process Improvement and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough analysis, including Root Cause Analysis and Business Impact Assessments, to identify process optimization opportunities and streamline cross-functional collaboration.
Project Coordination and System Adaptation:
  • Coordinate with the PMO for project completion, determine benefits of proposed changes, and optimize systems through strong API integration and operational Linux knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in the same role
  • Proven experience in a Project Management role
  • Bachelor Degree in IT
  • IT OB4 Foundation Certification
  • Internet Banking and Mobile (Corporate and Retail )
  • Additional Programming and Coding Skills

Additional Qualifications:
  • HTML5, CSS, bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, Node Js, Oracle 19c, Toad 8 &9, SQL developer, PostgreSQL,
  • Good To Have Knowledge of Docker, Pod Man or Kubernetes.

Desirable Competencies:
  • Application Monitoring
  • Java Swing, Java, JDBC, Hibernate
  • Jasper report for report development
