Comrade Trustee Services Limited (CTSL), is a licensed corporate trustee approved by the Bank of Papua New Guinea (BPNG) for the Defence Force Retirement Benefit Fund. As the licenced Trustee, CTSL has ultimate legal responsibility for the prudent management of the Fund subject to the requirements of the Defence Force Retirement Benefits Act, the Superannuation (General Provisions) Act 2000 and the regulatory requirements of the BPNG.
