The Porgera Joint Venture owns and operates the Porgera Gold Mine, located in the Province of Enga in the Papua New Guinea Highlands.

Barrick (Niugini) Limited, the manager of the mine, holds a 95 percent participating interest in the Porgera Joint Venture (PJV), with 5 percent owned by Mineral Resources Enga Limited, a company that is jointly owned by the Enga Provincial Government and the Porgera landowners.
