The National Development Bank (NDB) is a development finance institution, wholly owned by Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH) as trustee for the Government and people of PNG. It operates 19 branches around the country and lends to individual Papua New Guineans and indigenous businesses serving in the agriculture and Micro & Medium Enterprise (MSME) sectors.
