Northwind Exploration is a Canadian-owned, Australian-run mineral exploration company advancing the highly prospective Uasilau porphyry Cu-Au project in New Britain, Papua New Guinea. The project hosts compelling copper-gold exploration potential within a world-class mineral province and is entering an exciting phase of systematic exploration. Our initial work program includes a large-scale soil geochemical and geological mapping program, followed by induced polarisation (IP) geophysics and drill testing of priority targets.

Northwind Exploration has recently applied for an additional exploration license covering the Mt Schrader volcanic zone and is actively conducting project generation across the Papuan and Simberi-Lihir arcs for the next Tier 1 Cu-Au discovery.
