Thinking of starting your career with Ok Tedi Development Foundation? The Ok Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF) is the legal entity that manages community development benefits from Ok Tedi Mine operations on behalf of the people of the 158 Community Mine Continuation Agreement (CMCA) villages. OTDF is mandated to ensure wise and sustainable use of the wealth created from mining operations for the betterment of future generations of Western Province. We also deliver projects to communities through a unique partnership between mining, the people and the government.

The Ok Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF) is recruiting graduates for 2026 -2028 period. Graduates MUST be from Western Province or have a parent from Western Province to be eligible. Our Graduate Program is for 2 years, and it will provide you with a wonderful and exciting on-the-job work experience. We ensure you start your career with the right tools, training and mentorship. To be considered, you MUST meet the following selection criteria:

1. Be from Western Province (both parents) or part Western Province.
2. Have completed your University Degree studies in 2025, 2024 or 2023.
3. Have a GPA of 3.0 and above or a Cumulative Weighted Average of 65% and above in your last 3 final semester results. Attach all formal transcripts.
