We’re looking for a hands-on Female or Male AC Mechanic to help keep our heating, cooling, and ventilation systems running smoothly. You’ll be fixing, installing, and maintaining equipment that keeps buildings comfortable all year round.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installing and fixing air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems
• Doing regular checkups to make sure everything is working properly
• Finding and fixing problems with heating and cooling systems
• Reading blueprints and manuals to understand how systems work
• Adjusting controls to keep temperatures just right
• Keeping records of the work you’ve done and parts you’ve used
• Following safety rules and local building codes
• Working with other team members and building staff
• Responding quickly to emergency repair calls

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, College Degree on Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent (extra training or certification is a plus)
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with HVAC systems
• HVAC license or certification (like EPA 608)
• Good understanding of how heating and cooling systems work
• Able to use tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work on your own or with a team
• Physically fit enough to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• With good moral character
