The Christian Leaders' Training College (CLTC) is an accredited institute of higher education with its main campus in Jiwaka, near Banz. It serves all church denominations in PNG, by training pastors, lay ministers, community transformation officers, and early childhood educators. It offers diploma, bachelor and masters level qualifications. The College is a community of more than 600 people on 400 acres with housing, a store, medical services, sports and worship facilities.
Academic Registrar
CLTC is seeking an experienced and highly capable administrator to serve as Academic Registrar. The Registrar provides leadership for a small administrative team and oversees key areas of the College’s academic administration, including student admissions, academic records, student fees and financial aid, graduation, and student promotion.
The Academic Registrar is a senior leadership position within the College and plays an important role in supporting the effective operation and academic development of CLTC.
Applicants should have strong administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to lead and work effectively with others. Applicants should be supportive of the Christian ethos and mission of the College, with significant administrative experience. Experience in higher education, particularly in academic administration, would be an advantage.
