Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Accounts Officer / Receptionist to join our team. This hybrid role is critical for ensuring smooth financial operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming first impression for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration: Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, handle accounting & clients records.
- Front Desk Operations: Professionally answer and route incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, and manage the general reception area.
- Office Support: Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, monitor and order office supplies, and provide administrative support to management as needed.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records while ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role involving both bookkeeping and customer service.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting/microfinance software (e.g., Tally and finPOWER) and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Competencies: Exceptional multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
