Role Overview: Master System Technologies is seeking seasoned Accounts Receivable to join our accounting department. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts Receivable function, from processing complex invoices to optimizing cash flow and maintaining vital vendor relationships.

The key responsibilities of accounts receivable include:

Managing invoices and Billings :Generating and distributing customers invoices accurately ,as well as reminder as necessary. Reviewing customer to ensure proper billing and managing recurring billing schedule.

Monitoring and Collecting Payments :Tracking Customer payments ,identifying overdue payments ,and addressing discrepancies .Utilizing strong attention to detail to reconcile account discrepancies ,handle disputes and negotiate payment terms with Customers .

Cash Applications :Accurately applying customer payment to their respective accounts ,recording payments details ,and ensuring the accuracy of financial records .

Maintain Customer Relationship :Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding payments -related queries ,addressing customers inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service .Collaborating with sales and customer service team to resolve potential and maintain a seamless payment process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: 2–4 years in accounts Payable , billing, or general accounting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MYOB accounting software and ERP systems is necessary. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables/data analysis) are highly beneficial.

Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and AP automation.
