ADMIN DRIVER

We are looking for an individual who is welcoming and smart; someone who can focus on the things that really matter to our guests and get them right every time. Join us as an Admin Driver. You will have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.

A little insight of your day-to-day

• Assist with Admin tasking.
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled for the day.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and organisational driving policies.
• Maintain good knowledge of the city routes locations and hotel facilities
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and be well groomed and well-dressed at all times
• Keep abreast of activities in your city which may affect driving times or routes and relay this to management
• Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the and assist with maintaining vehicles to hotel presentation standards

What we need from you

• 3-5 years Driving experience.
• Current Police Clearance.
• Must have valid class 6 Drivers License.
• Can effectively manage time to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• High attention to details with the ability to work unsupervised
• Report to work as rostered
• Always maintain a neat and tidy appearance
• Maintain honesty and integrity in all dealings
