Reinhold Engineering and Group of Companies Limited is a nationally owned civil works and building construction company based in Port Moresby. As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations across Papua New Guinea, we are seeking a capable and experienced Administration Manager to lead and manage our administrative functions.
About the Role
The Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, regulatory compliance, records management, and coordination across departments.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational discipline, and the ability to support operational teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the Company.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance standards.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate company documentation, records, and contract administration.
- Support project teams with documentation and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Papua New Guinea regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Assist senior management with reporting, correspondence, and operational coordination.
- Monitor administrative budgets and control costs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements in Papua New Guinea.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
