Administration Manager
Global Constructions Ltd has a reputable history of over 30 years in the Civil Construction industry in Papua New Guinea and is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced personnel to join our Kimbe team.
We are currently hiring for the following role:
Administration Manager
Oversee all Administrative functions at the Kimbe Construction project site, ensuring efficient operations in accounts, human resources, procurement, and logistics. This role is pivotal in supporting project execution while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial management & Accounts
- Oversee site level finance operations, budgeting, forecasting and expense tracking, prepare and submit regular financial reports to Head office, Monitor and control petty cash expenditure
Human Resources & Payroll
- Manage site base HR functions, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations in consultation with Head office,
Submit timesheets for payroll preparation
Procurement and Purchasing
- Oversee procurement of materials, parts for site operations. Prepare purchase requisitions for approvals, chasing quotes, negotiate with suppliers to secure cost effective and timely deliveries.
Logistics and site operations
- Coordinate transportation, site office and accommodation for site personnel
- Manage site camp facilities and maintenance.
- Facilitate site communication between site and head office
Competencies and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business administration, Accounting or related field.
- Excellent written and communication skills, both oral
and written
- Minimum 5 years or similar working experience in
an administrative role
- Excellent written and communication skills, both oral

- Proficient n MS office and accounting software
- Excellent organizational, communications and
Interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to work in remote and challenging environment
