Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a highly motivated, organised and self-driven Administration Officer to join our Logistics team. This role is based in Lae, Morobe Province and will report to the Inbound Logistics & National Distribution Centre Manager.

This role is responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support to the Logistics Department while ensuring compliance with company policies and operating procedures. The successful candidate will also play a key role in managing Time Management System (TMS) reports, timesheets, leave documentation, and payroll-related administration.

Key Requirements

• A Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an administrative position, preferably within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven experience in payroll administration and timesheet processing.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, filing, and record management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
