K92 Mining Limited are the owners the high-grade Kainantu Gold Mine in Eastern Highlands Province. Since commencing operations in 2016, we have delivered consistent production growth. About the role

Reporting to the Shotcrete Supervisor this role will be required to ensure delivery of concrete mixes from the batch plant to required locations on the surface of the mine are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with K92 Mining site requirements and procedure

Key / Major Accountabilities

Key accountabilities of this position include.

• Operate and maintain the Agitator Truck according to all K92 Plan Operations & Maintenance procedures and fault reporting systems.
• Perform prestart and troubleshooting on the Agitator Truck and associated equipment to identify and remedy issues that may arise.
• Actively monitor the condition of mixed product to ensure product does not set prematurely in the mixing bowl.
• Proactively engage with the Shotcrete Supervisor to provide technical advice and support to the Shotcrete Teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability targets are achieved and optimised against budget.

About You

It is requirement of the position that the incumbent possess the following.

• Class 4 Drivers License that allows operation of an Agitator Truck on public roads
• Knowledge of an Agitator Truck’s performance capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously independent with limited supervision.
• Demonstrate abilities to work within a team environment and commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of concrete additives and aggregates.
• Previous experience working within the mining industry.
• General knowledge of underground mining equipment.
