We are seeking a skilled and experience agricultural farm manager to manage our farms in Central Province. The candidate must have proven work experience in commercial farming and possess sound leadership, management and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planting, cultivation and haversting of crops and plants
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations, health and safety standards
- Scheduling, hiring and training of farm workers
- Implement pest and weed control measures
- Planning, budgeting and managing farm operations
- Monitor market conditions and crop prices to determine when to sell products
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Proven work experience as agricultural farm manager
- Ability to work under different weather conditions
- Sound leadership, management and communication skills
- Degree in agriculture or related fields
