Are you skilled, motivated, and looking for an exciting opportunity? We are looking for a creative and inspired registered Architect to handle projects from planning through to completion. You must take ownership of your project and manage all aspects from design team to contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning:
• Develop architectural designs for commercial buildings, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
• A strong interest in architectural designs, with an excellent eye for details
• Designing skills to complement technical know-how
• Project Management:
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Code Compliance:
• Ensure all designs meet local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5-Years work experience in related field
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Experience in commercial and industrial architecture.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
