ABOUT THE ROLE
To support the Senior Finance Manager in managing the organization's financial operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and internal controls. The role assists in maintaining the financial integrity of the business while providing financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of financial close processes.

Manage general ledger, reconciliations, cash flow, bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to maintain financial stability.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation requirements, internal controls, company policies, and audit recommendations.

Lead, mentor, and support finance team members while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, system automation initiatives, and maintenance of finance policies, procedures, and data integrity standards.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.

Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial controls.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation requirements.
