Our client is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Relationship Manager (Expat) to take ownership of their corporate portfolio in Lae, PNG. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow relationships in a regional market while making a tangible impact on the branch’s development.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of top corporate clients, with lending exposures across multi-industry such as agriculture, construction, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale.
• Strengthen and expand client relationships using full knowledge of corporate lending products to maximise the customer wallet.
• Travel regionally to Goroka and Mt Hagen to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Contribute to branch strategy and growth, supporting corporate and commercial clients while collaborating with the wider Lae branch team.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven corporate banking or relationship management experience with strong credit and lending expertise.
• Comfortable being the sole expatriate in a regional market; resilient, adaptable, and culturally aware.
• Experience managing complex client portfolios and growing business across multiple sectors.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to take full ownership of the portfolio.
