Our client is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Relationship Manager to take ownership of a significant corporate portfolio in Port Moresby, PNG. This is a rare opportunity to lead and grow a high-value portfolio, engage with key industry players, and make a tangible impact on the corporate banking franchise in PNG.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of top corporate and commercial clients, building deep, long-term relationships.
• Grow the portfolio by identifying new opportunities and increasing share of wallet across resources, infrastructure, property, and construction sectors.
• Collaborate with analysts and senior RMs to deliver end-to-end banking solutions, from lending to transaction services.
• Engage directly with the local business community, including contractors and suppliers, to establish trust and influence.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring credit quality and profitability, while contributing to strategic initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in corporate banking or relationship management, with a track record managing significant client portfolios.
• Strong credit, lending, and financial analysis skills; able to structure solutions for complex businesses.
• Resilient, culturally aware, and confident navigating the local commercial environment.
• Proactive, business-minded, and capable of driving growth and building influence across multiple sectors.
• Open to both local and expatriate candidates; developmental candidates with strong credit experience considered.
