Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in vehicles, including lighting, ignition, alternators, and battery systems.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring, components, and accessories in vehicles.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electrical faults and ensure proper system function.
• Work on a variety of electrical components, including air conditioning systems, sensors, control modules, and power windows.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and service advisors to ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
• Keep detailed records of electrical repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in automotive electrical systems.

Key Criteria:

• Proven experience as an auto electrician or automotive technician with a focus on electrical systems.
• Certification or relevant qualifications in auto electrical work (e.g., automotive electrical apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and electrical tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure to resolve complex issues.
