A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to meet daily production requirements.
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality, consistent in taste and presentation.
- Follow recipes and maintain accurate measurements for ingredients.
- Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures and timings as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new products and seasonal offerings.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with commercial baking equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Baking, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
