The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end physical installation and integration of building automation hardware. This isn't a "learn on the job" entry role; we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and represent the PSG brand on high-profile sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Physical mounting and wiring of BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication modules.

• Networking: Running and terminating communication cabling (RS485, BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet).

• Panel Work: Wiring and organizing control panels according to technical schematics.

• Commissioning Support: Assisting engineers with point-to-point testing and troubleshooting field devices.

• Quality Control: Ensuring all installations meet PSG’s premium standards and local electrical codes.

What You Bring

• Current BMS Experience: Proven, hands-on experience specifically in Building Automation and Controls installation.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and control logic drawings.

• Attention to Detail: A "clean build" mindset—cable management and labeling are second nature to you.

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a presentation that aligns with a premium service provider.

• Credentials: Relevant electrical license or trade qualification (preferred).
