BRANCH MANAGER – WAREHOUSE

BOUGAINVILLE & LAE

We have an opportunity for a qualified Branch Manager – Warehouse to join our teams in
Arawa, Buin and Lae. The Candidates of each of these Branches must live within vicinity of the Export Branches. The incumbent will be required to manage all warehouse and logistical procedures
for the allocated branches within the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, based in both Arawa and Buin, and in Lae (Morobe).

Mandatory Requirements;

• For AROB, the candidate Must be from Bougainville and lives within the vicinity of the Elliven Warehouses of Arawa and Buin.
• For Lae - the candidate must live within Lae City, Morobe.
• Diploma in Agriculture (preferred) or Accounting/Business/Warehousing and
  Managerial and Supervisory Experience.
  • 5 years’ experience in commodity export, shipping, logistics, and warehousing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing, agriculture, inventory & stock control,
  and logistics
  • Strong understanding of export and shipping stakeholders
  • Fast and accurate data entry & reporting skills
  • High computer proficiency – Microsoft Office + knowledge of banking or SOP
  system.
  • Have an Excellent Community Standing
  • Proven experience with handling disputes, leading teams, training staff and
  motivating teams to improve processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and logical-thinking abilities
  • High attention to detail and integrity; able to handle sensitive warehouse operations
  • Self-motivated, Team Leader, eager to lead, and able to work with minimal
  supervision
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence (Class 3 or equivalent)
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
  • Hold a Cocoa Assessor Certificate is a bonus
