About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our HVAC & Refrigeration operations. This pivotal role oversees technical service delivery, business development, financial management, and team leadership to drive branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Projects, Service, and Stores departments to meet business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and development.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in HVAC & Refrigeration service management.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
- BMS experience will be advantageous as well as major HVAC systems (Daikin, Carrier, Temperzone).
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Australian/New Zealand standards and electrical regulations.
Requirements:
- Class 1 Driver’s license and can drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicle.
- Good overall health
- Work travel by air, to other provinces in PNG.
