Position Title: Branch Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Mt Hagen office. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and maintain efficient fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily rental operations (reservations, check-outs, returns).
• Lead train and schedule branch staff.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor fleet availability, vehicle condition and utilization.
• Report vehicle damage, accidents and maintenance issues promptly.
• Drive sales through upgrades, add-ons and promotions.
• Maintain accurate rental agreements, contracts and financial records.
• Prepare operational and performance report for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor in office administration or related filed.
• 2+ years of experience in a car rental or, automotive, or customer service operations or similar role
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and documentation ability.
• Strong knowledge of flee management and rental software systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office.
