Summary

BCM Officer is the hands-on engine of the team. He/she will be in the field capturing content, at events supporting coordination, in communities engaging stakeholders, and in the office producing the day-to-day communications and creative assets that keep the Glory Group brand visible across all our business functions — from real estate and construction projects to food and beverage, education, community engagement, and non-profit programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Branding & Content Creation

– Produce content across digital and print channels including video, photography, social media posts, articles, and promotional materials for use across all business functions.

– Shoot and edit short-form video content, reels, and vlogs for social media — including coverage of property launches, construction milestones, food and beverage activations, school events, and community programs.

– Maintain brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms and departments.

– Keep the company's content library organised and up to date — photos, videos, graphics, and written assets.

– Use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar to produce graphics, flyers, and marketing materials.

– Assist in producing internal and external newsletters, brochures, and reports.

Social Media & Digital

– Manage and schedule content across the company's social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required.

– Draft captions, post copy, and content descriptions that reflect the brand voice and are appropriate for each platform.

– Monitor comments, messages, and engagement on social platforms and escalate where necessary.

– Use AI tools and scheduling platforms to improve content output, reach, and consistency.

– Track basic performance metrics and report findings to the Coordinator or BCM Lead.

Communications Support

– Draft internal announcements, staff updates, and communications on behalf of the BCM team.

– Write awareness materials, articles, and promotional content that communicate the company's work across education, community engagement, non-profit programs, and business operations.

– Support the preparation of presentations, decks, and stakeholder communications as directed.

Events & Activations Support

– Assist in planning and delivering company events across all business functions — property launches, food and beverage activations, school open days, community programs, and non-profit initiatives.

– Handle on-the-day content capture at events — photography, video, and live social coverage.

– Support branding logistics including materials, signage, setup, and pack-down.

– Help prepare event runsheets, checklists, and post-event content and reports.

Community & Cross-Function Engagement

– Represent the BCM team at community engagement activities, outreach programs, and external events.

– Build positive working relationships with staff across property development, construction, food and beverage, education, and non-profit teams to ensure BCM is well-informed and well-connected across the business.

– Assist in developing awareness campaigns for the company's sustainability and community programs.

Job Requirements

– Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing social media accounts and producing digital content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
A creative eye for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
Self-motivated and able to execute tasks independently without constant supervision.
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field across diverse environments.
Passionate about community, people, and purposeful work.
Fast learner who adapts well to new tools, platforms, and situations.
