Summary

The Branding, Communications & Marketing Team Leader is responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies to strengthen brand identity, enhance market presence, and drive organizational growth. This leadership position oversees all branding initiatives, communication plans, and marketing campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and audiences. The role combines strategic planning with team management to achieve measurable business results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement annual integrated plans for branding, communications, and marketing
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends
  • Define departmental goals and key performance indicators
  • Manage department budget and resource allocation

Brand Management

  • Maintain corporate brand identity consistency across all channels
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines
  • Lead brand positioning and visual identity projects
  • Measure and report on brand health metrics

Communications Management

  • Execute internal and external communications strategies
  • Oversee media relations and content creation
  • Manage crisis communication protocols
  • Handle stakeholder communications

Marketing Execution

  • Lead integrated marketing campaign development
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including social media and email
  • Manage traditional marketing activities and events
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize results

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor and evaluate team members
  • Foster collaboration across departments
  • Manage external agency relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Job Requirements

Education

  • Prior work experiences in Branding/Marketing preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Master's Degree or professional certification preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in marketing, communications or branding roles
  • At least 3 years in managerial position
  • Proven track record of successful strategy execution
  • Experience in budget management

Skills

  • Expert knowledge of brand management principles
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
  • Strong digital marketing expertise
