Building Manager
We are seeking for a competent building manager to oversee and manage daily operations of our Shopping Mall in Port Moresby. The candidate must possess appropriate building and maintenance knowledge with sound leadership, management and communications skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee buidling operations and supervise maintenance staff
- Comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
- Manage contracts effectively within operational budget
- Manage utility usage and implement strategies to minimize cost
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a building manager or property management
- Familiarity with building safety regulations and procedures
- Diploma/Degree in Building Management, Architectural or related fields
