Position Vacancy – Business Development Manager (POM Based)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Current Drivers Licence.
