Position Vacancy – Business Development Manager (POM Based)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Current drivers licence.
