Job Description:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
- Analysis of current and growing market trends and competition
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and closing high-value deals
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the PNG business environment and regulatory landscape
