TITLE: Business Development & Marketing Lead

The Opportunity: MasterSystem Technologies is expanding its national footprint. To drive this growth, we are moving away from traditional support roles and seeking a high-caliber Business Development & Marketing Lead. Whether you are based in the industrial hub of Lae or the capital of Port Moresby, you will serve as a senior face of the company, responsible for securing high-value partnerships across Papua New Guinea.

This is a role for a professional with "boardroom-ready" presence. You will be expected to stand in front of business owners and expatriate management teams to deliver sophisticated technical presentations that translate our IoT, Telematics, and Fuel Automation solutions into clear business value.

Minimum Requirements (Strict Filtering): * Academic: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.

• Experience: A minimum of 6–10 years of proven success in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Strategic Marketing.

• Caliber: You must have a documented history of engaging with senior management and expatriate stakeholders.

• Mobility: While you can be based in either Lae or Port Moresby, you must have the flexibility to travel between both hubs to support our national expansion.

Core Responsibilities: * Executive-Level Pitching: Lead high-stakes demonstrations for C-suite executives, focusing on ROI and technical innovation.

• National Footprint Expansion: Proactively map new markets and negotiate multi-year service contracts in the mining, transport, and petroleum sectors.

• Brand Authority: Act as a strategic lead to ensure MST is positioned as the premier technical authority in the region.
