Monier Limited the single largest producer, supplier and distributor or construction materials and building products in PNG is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and highly motivated individual for this position:

CCTV MONITORING OFFICER

We are looking for a CCTV Monitoring Officer preferably a female who will monitor live and recorded video feeds from CCTV to protect our staff and property, spot suspicious acts, guide emergency responses, while tracking company vehicles’ location and its speed limits.

Duties Includes:

  • Provides security surveillance through CCTV to monitor company properties, people and security movements, while reporting any suspicious behavior at all assigned sites.
  • Call for back up if any security issues arise, or suspicious behavior as being captured on the CCTV.
  • Tracking company vehicles’ movement and locations, and report any detection of over speeding.
  • Maintain communication through the 2 way radio or phone with security personnel on the ground.
  • Submit daily situation reports to the superior.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Tertiary Qualification/Grade 12 certificate,
  • 2-5 plus years of security work experience in similar settings,
  • Clear Communications both on 2 way radio and on the phone.
  • Basic computer literacy and video software knowledge.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to work long hours.
