Chef De Partie

To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond. The Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Sous Chef and Head Chef.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supports the Sous Chef by preparing, presenting, storing, and serving a selection of dishes.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health & safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

What we need from you

• Diploma or Vocational certificate in Culinary Skills or related field
• 3+ year’s related experiences to similar hotel or restaurants
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
• Able to speak, read and write English.
• Problem solving and training abilities.
• Excellent grooming standards
