→ Lead a portfolio of nationally critical entities in step with PNG's economic and infrastructure strategy
→ Drive financial sustainability, balance-sheet strength and return on assets
→ Turn around and transform capital-intensive businesses built to last
→ Steward multi-billion-kina capital programs with discipline and control
→ Lift governance to OECD SOE standards and command the confidence of Ministers, regulators and multilateral partners

→ 20+ years' experience, with 10–15 in C-suite or Group Executive leadership (CEO, COO, Group Executive)
→ Proven command of large, complex, multi-entity organisations — and the turnarounds that prove it
→ Deep grounding in capital-intensive sectors: aviation, energy, utilities, transport or infrastructure
→ Fluency in government relations, policy and regulation; capex programs of USD $50M+ an advantage
→ A degree in accounting and finance (postgraduate from a globally recognised institution preferred)
