Position Title: Cleaner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly environment across our office premises, staff accommodation, and surrounding grounds. The ideal candidate will ensure company cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met while following health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; clean desks, windows, doors, and furniture
• Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper waste disposal
• Clean and restock toilets, washrooms, and kitchen areas
• Maintain staff accommodation including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Change bed linen and towels as required, and prepare rooms for occupancy
• Cut grass, maintain lawns, and keep outdoor areas tidy
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, and follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Assist with deep cleaning and other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or grounds maintenance preferred
• Ability to carry out grass cutting and basic outdoor maintenance is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to perform manual duties
