Client Service Manager - Port Moresby based

We are seeking a competent Client Service Manager with a strong sales background to fill this key role in the business development team. He or she will be responsible for maintaining client relationships by being the first point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues. Key responsibilities will be managing the client accounts and collaboration with internal departments to improve service delivery.

JOB PURPOSE

The Client Service Manager is assigned a portfolio with a number of clients. He/She is the first point of contact for the client and is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship. The Client Service Manager reports to and work closely with the Head of Sales to achieve set sales targets. The Client Service Manager shall be exclusively available 24-hours a day and 7 days per week to respond to client concerns and ensure the smooth, safe and secure security operations at client sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Be available as the first point of contact for enquires and issues
• Ensure client satisfaction through regularly communication and prompt follow-up
• Negotiate contract to maximum profitability
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans
• Identify new opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities with current clients
• Prepare and present reports to client and management

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similarly role
• Excellent communication and negoiation skills
• Good understanding of sales and customer service
• Able to use a Computer with Microsoft Office Google for work applications
• A good level of proficiency in Client Relationship Management system;
• Be a licenced Driver;
• Be skilled in Market analysis
• Be skilled in problem solving
