Paradise Practice is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, honest and hardworking female staff member to join the team as a “Clinic Adminstrator”.
We are a private Health Care centre offering Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Fitness classes in Gordons, Port Moresby.
This role involves clinic administration tasks including client management, making appointments, phone calls, processing payments, daily settlement and filing.
They will also be responsible for keeping the clinic clean and tidy: brooming, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and dusting.
This is a great opportunity to work in a highly professional busy clinic setting.
Ideal qualities the candidate will possess include having a strong work ethic, professional phone manner, great people skills and to be punctual and dependable.
This is a part time role, working three (3) full days a week with the potential to work 4-5 days a week.
Requirements are:
- Year 12 certificate
- Good communication skills and English proficiency
- Excellent ability to read and write in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High standard of personal hygiene and presentation
- Able to work past 5pm on weekdays
- Must have access to own transport at night as the shift ends at 6pm
