Qualifications

• Gender: Male/Female (depending on the role)
• Age: 25-40 (for filed roles)
• Education: Grade12, Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree depending on role
• Experience:
• Prior experience in coffee operations, procurement, production, or yard management is highly preferred
• Willingness to work in the field and adapt to various operational duties

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers and suppliers for pricing, quotations, and procurement data
• Supervising the coffee drying yard and ensuring moisture standards are met
• Overseeing the coffee production process and maintaining production records
• Supporting sundry operations and daily field activities.
