Function:

Responsible for assisting in all areas of a commercial related support including the development and preparation of sales reports and analysis. Leading the ongoing development and use of CRM across sales team as the PNG CRM Champion

1. Provide scheduled (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) reporting schedule primarily focussed on Sales performance.

  • Daily Volume / Margin Reporting
  • Monthly LOB reporting
  • Monthly Terminal reporting

2. Compile commercial data provided by Commercial managers (B2B – Retail – Aviation – LPG – LUBES)

  • Edit the weekly Commercial review presentation
  • Edit summary of current contracts (Customer – duration – payment terms – expiration – point of contact)
  • Trigger renewal process in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Follow tenders and search potential tenders
  • Draft the offers to respond to tenders.

3. Using advanced knowledge of PE finance systems provide ad Hoc analysis in support of sales team growth activities

  • Sales Team focal point for key activities of Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Edit forecast and share it with Supply / BSM team
  • Analyse actual vs forecast and identify / explain discrepancies

4. Lead weekly CRM sessions with Territory Managers focussed on improving quality and use of CRM pipeline tool across the business.

5. As the designated PNG focal point for CRM:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Puma’s CRM
  • Provide training for new users / manage access.
  • Provide system support to users
  • Be conduit for PNG on global changes in CRM use / design

6. Focal point for the capture and reporting on PNG OI Program

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in Finance, Analytical roles
  • Degree / Diploma required
