We’re partnering with Mainland Holdings Ltd to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a diverse, multi-functional business and drive its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the Board, this is a high-impact leadership role overseeing Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics, with responsibility for both strategy and execution across the organisation.
The Opportunity This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on operational leadership.
You’ll lead a team of senior managers and influence a broader workforce of 30+ staff, ensuring alignment, performance, and sustainable growth across all commercial and operational functions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Leading Sales, Marketing, Warehouse & Distribution, and Supply Chain functions
- Improving operational efficiency across logistics, inventory, and distribution
- Identifying and delivering new business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures
- Partnering with the Board to execute strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Building a high-performing, accountable leadership team
- Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- 10+ years’ experience in senior leadership roles
- Proven success in commercial growth, strategy execution, and business expansion
- Strong background in supply chain, logistics, operations, or production environments
- Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, manufacturing, or similar sectors (highly regarded)
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-site or emerging market environments
- Strong commercial acumen, financial literacy, and leadership capability
- Direct reporting line to the Board
- Broad scope across commercial and operational functions
