Compound Security Coordinator

About the Role

Hargy Oil Palms Limited (HOPL) company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compound Security Coordinator to oversee the safety and security of our residential compounds and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising compound security guards and contract security teams
• Coordinating and preparing duty rosters, briefings, and musters
• Conducting patrols, access control checks, and monitoring guard performance
• Responding to incidents, emergencies, and security call-outs
• Conducting investigations into security breaches and preparing reports
• Liaising with community leaders, compound representatives, and other departments

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Grade 10 education or higher
• At least 3 years’ experience in security operations within plantations, industrial sites, or large compounds
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills
• Physically fit and able to conduct patrols

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
• High integrity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to prepare clear reports and maintain records
• Valid PNG Driver’s License.
