Conference & Events Sales Coordinator

Our hotels bring people together. We’re searching for a Conference & Events Sales Coordinator capable of juggling bookings, building strong client relationships and pulling together truly unforgettable events, meetings and conferences.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Handle event inquiries (phone, email, in-person) and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, potentially prospecting for new business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand event goals, requirements, and budgets.
  • Plan event details, including room setups, menus, AV, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, F&B, Operations, Front Desk).
  • Liaise with external vendors (caterers, decorators, tech) and negotiate terms.
  • Prepare BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), event resumes, and floor plans.

What we need from you

  • 2+ years’ related experience in conference and event sales coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, planning and organizational skills
  • Flexible, resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate - Must be adept in use of Excel Microsoft word, internet, email
