NKW Group seeks to recruit a Construction Supervisor to be based in Lae to, oversee construction of internal projects, manage construction crews, ensure team observe health and safety codes to completion of projects within specific timeframe and budget.

Main Roles include:

• Supervise and coordinate all internal construction and development projects undertaken by NKW Group in Lae.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure all works are completed to NKW quality standards and relevant codes and regulations.
• Maintain teamwork and deliver quality work to Strick deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with NKW HSE Policies and PNG Regulatory Requirements
• Liaise with NKW management, procurement, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support forward planning of upcoming internal projects and development works.
• Ensure tools and equipment available in good order
• Monitor construction processes and provide progressive reports to top management on schedule, labor requirements, potential risk and delays.

Requirements: skills and experience

• High School or Diploma in related field of construction, business and engineering preferable
• 5-10 years experience with residential/commercial properties maintenance
• Commendable leadership experience
• Able to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, cost savings and better construction methods
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects
• Construction Supervisory experience
